Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Does my deductible have to be paid before benefits start?
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
I realize life happens and unexpected things come up. At times unavoidable things happen which will cause you to miss therapy appointments. When you miss appointments we are not able to continue addressing issues that are important to you. When you have a scheduled appointment and you discover you will not be able to attend, please let me know within 24 hours so that we can reschedule your appointment. You may contact me by phone 254-218-2389, or by email [email protected] If you do not contact me within 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, I will assume you are no longer interested in continuing the counseling sessions. If someone else contacts me for an appointment I will schedule them for that time slot, and I will bill you for the missed appointment. If you are using insurance I will bill you your co-pay. If you are self-pay, I will bill you our agreed upon fee. Thank you for your cooperation.
